At David Wood Joinery we've been fitting kitchens for 14 years, and all our clients have been completely satisfied with the service we've provided. We've fitted a large range of styles of kitchen in areas of greatly differing sizes, and even though each job is different and completely tailored to the client's needs, we always take great care to ensure that you get the kitchen you've always wanted.
First you need to choose your kitchen. We can help you with this and give advice on appliances and layout, helping you maximise the available space to make the most of your new kitchen.
We do all the dirty work, uninstalling and removing the existing appliances and getting the area clean in preparation. This includes removing all wall units, removing all tiles, taking out the existing sink and removing work base units.
We appreciate that old kitchen may not have had the appliances in the location you preferred, or that there may not have been enough electric sockets for your needs. This isn't a problem for us, and we're happy to move the existing pipes to a new location for your sink, washing machine or dishwasher. We can also move existing sockets - or create new ones - so that your new kitchen has everything exactly where you need it.
Once everything has been cleaned out and prepared, it's time for the new kitchen to take shape. New wall units are added, and if required the walls are retiled to add a new look. New base units are fitted and finished with work tops, with a cut-out and installation of your new sink. Integrated appliances are slotted into place, and your old kitchen is now nothing more than a distant memory.
Finally cornices and pelmets are added, plinths fitted, and new flooring put down if required. All these finishing touches mean that your new kitchen is now complete and ready for you to use.
